Spiritual Gifts Assessment Tool

Thank you for participating in the Spiritual Gifts assessment! Hopefully, this will begin your journey of finding where God is leading you to serve the Body of Christ.

Please know that the results of a very simple assessment such as this one do not replace the illuminating work of the Spirit of God. The desire is that it sparks conversation and interest to better understand how God has gifted you to serve.

To best know how God has gifted you, spend time praying for God to reveal the way(s) He has gifted you, read Romans 12, 1 Corinthians 12, and Ephesians 4 as a start. Then assess your talents, interests, and level of joy in various aspects of service. After that self-assessment, talk with close friends and church members. Finally, discuss with church staff or a deacon.

Spiritual Gifts Assessment Instructions:

Romans 12:3 says, “For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned.”
